Leadership Self-Assessment

This assessment is designed to evaluate and gauge your leadership behaviors and attitudes prior to and following this Leader Summit.


Part 1: 
After you enter your Leader Summit details, you will be prompted to respond to a series of leadership behavior statements. Each statement will be given twice to gauge your response from two perspectives: 

a) where you were on your leadership journey prior to this Leader Summit. 
b) where you anticipate yourself to be on your leadership journey following this Leader Summit. 

(It can be helpful to think of the "now" questions from the perspective of, "How confident am I in living out these behaviors when this Leader Summit ends?")
             

Part 2: 
You will be prompted to record two items:

a) your designated Area of Focus
b) your designated Next Step
